Professor Mohammad Shabani acquired a PhD in 2010 from the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. He earned a fellowship training in calcium imaging and intracellular recording at the Copenhagen University (Department of drug design and pharmacology) in 2018. Professor Shabani earned the honor of the full professorship of Kerman Medical University since the second half of 2018. He is an academic member in the Department of Neuroscience in Kerman Neuroscience Research Center (KNRC) (since 2005). He has been the Chair of Research community of KNRC for 8 years. Professor Shabani chaired the intracellular recording lab of KNRC between 2011 and 2023. So far, Professor Shabani has contributed to authoring more than 150 papers in prestigious journals and authoring one book.
Dr. Mohammad Banazadeh earned his PharmD. degree from Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 2019. Since then he has been working as a Research Assistant in Kerman Neuroscience Research Center and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Cosmetic Products Research Center. He is enthusiastic of science especially of Neuroscience, which has been his favourite topic since he was young.
Dr. Mohammad Navid Ebrahimi completed his PhD in Neuroscience at Kerman Neuroscience Research Center. He has been working as a researcher since his Masters studies in the field of Medical Physiology. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Kerman University of Medical Sciences, where he also contributes to the Neuroscience Research Center. His main research interests are addiction and cognitive impairments.
Prof. Silvia Turroni is an expert in the field of Microbiome-Gut-Brain-Axis and currently serves an Associate Professor of the Department of Pharmacy and Biotechnology in the University of Bologna, Italy.
