The Poetical Works Of Thomas Gray, Thomas Parnell, William Collins, Matthew Green And Thomas Warton (1855) is a book edited by Robert Aris Willmott. It is a compilation of the works of five poets - Thomas Gray, Thomas Parnell, William Collins, Matthew Green, and Thomas Warton. The book includes a collection of their poems, including some of their most famous works such as Gray's ""Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard"" and Collins' ""Ode to Evening"". Willmott's introduction provides a brief biography of each poet and an overview of their literary style. This book is a valuable resource for anyone interested in English poetry from the 18th century. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
