I really went in with good expectations, however, this book was up and down. Taken from a perspective of what issues we should be thinking about in the future, this book does do a good job of enlightening people. That said, some of the chapters on AI become a bit too theoretical and I don't feel that it's really the future. This book is at it's best when defining topics to think about, but at it's worst when describing those issues in details (with a few exceptions like racism, immigration, universal services vs universal income, etc...). This book may be good for your average reader, but don't expect a perfect opinion on everything. Use your critical thinking filter when reading this!
