a favorite of 2022 and of all time
This is literary fiction with a bit of historical fiction and science fiction mixed in, but definitaly not an easy read, but totally worth it. You have to go into the book with a curious mind and just enjoy the writing. As soon as you figure out where the book is going, there's a time jump of about 200 years. For about half of the book I didn't get what was happening but I stayed curious and I loved it. And as soon as all the timelines came together, I couldn't put the book down. At the end of the book I was mind blown and I think this book is just genius. At the end of the book, in your head, everything makes sense, but when you try to explain the plot, nothing makes sense. It is just genuous and I adored it!
