    Buch (Taschenbuch)

Emmett- I lift heavy for a reason- Montgomary

People this is not a drill, Monty took the first place on the best bookboyfriend ranking. The daddiest daddy that ever daddied. Reese being the first female team owne in the league and the storyline about the pressure and the loneliness that comes with working in a male dominated field, that wants to stay male-dominated- was eveything I had hoped for. I loved that Reese stayed in her Independece and her confidence. This book is like a glas of cold water on a very hot day- believe me. 10 out a 10 would read it again

    Buch (Taschenbuch)

    Perfect ending for the series

I think most of us wanted Monty to find his match and get the love story he deserves. Reese totally fits into that description. Their dynamic is beautiful and the couple is the definition of “don’t judge a book by its cover”. They get to know and to love each other in a beautiful way and I totally fell in love with Reese (I was already in love with Monty from “caught up” and “play along”). Reese is a strong and powerful woman. She really is someone to look up to and to admire. She wants to make a name of herself in a world/sport full of men and a lot of those men want to take her down, make her drop her dream and discredit her, just because she is a woman. She holts her ground and gets to experience how good it can feel to have someone in your corner having your back - without wanting anything in return. Monty and Reese together just feels right and Liz Tomforde did her magic again. The tension, the lust, the desperation, the need, the desire between them… wow. I was grinning at my book just wanting them to get their happy and fulfilling ending. Liz really showed us that you can find your final love story in your thirties and fourties. I just loved them. It’s the perfect ending (even if it’s already a spinoff lol) for the windy city series. With tears in my eyes I am able to say goodbye to Chicago and hi to the west coast
