What a (true) story!

I watched the movie first and liked it so much that I waited 3 years until I read the novel as well. I can highly recommend both. The story is unbelievable, yet true. A kid getting tragically lost from one day to another in India made me suffer extremely with him. I liked the first half much better, but the second half of the story needs to be told and I wouldn't want to miss or shorten it as it is quite important how Saroo is searching for his family and what he feels and endures.

Eigentlich bin ich jemand,…

Eigentlich bin ich jemand, der ziemlich ungern liest. Dieses Buch liebe ich aber sehr! Es ist eine wahre Lebensgeschichte, die einen echt mitnimmt auf die Reise des Protagonisten. Ich empfehle jedem einzelnen dieses Buch !!! Man lernt für das Leben und nimmt somit nicht alles für ganz so selbstverständlich, wie wir es sonst in so einer Welt nehmen.
