much better than i expected!! it‘s not judt about love but about finding yourself. the book shows how beautiful life is with it‘s good and bad sides. it tells us that we deserve love and that we should live by that.

Funny Story by Emily Henry is the kind of book that sneaks up on you. You think it's just going to be a lighthearted comedy about people navigating life, but then—BAM—it's also heartwarming, thoughtful, and hits you right in the feels, with outrageous moments that make you gasp out:"No! This did not JUST happen!"
I laughed, I snorted, I rolled my eyes at the perfect amount of cringe-worthy moments—and then I immediately felt something deep and real that I didn’t expect. Henry’s skill at blending humor with raw emotion is a superpower at this point.
Five stars. No question.
